About this integration

LeaseBreak does not expose a public API, so this adapter drives the site through a Crawlee + Playwright session. It logs in once per cycle, then pulls listings, inquiries and chat threads and pushes them back to Runy.

The Crawlee request queues are persisted under storage/ so re-runs do not reprocess work that already succeeded. Replace the in-memory token cache and persist Playwright storage state in production.

What it does

• Login handler

  Single browser login per cycle using LEASEBREAK_EMAIL / LEASEBREAK_PASSWORD. Cookies are reused across the run.

• Listings

  Crawls user-owned listings and projects them onto Runy units, mapping price, bedrooms, photos and availability.

• Inquiries & chat

  Inquiries and message threads are pulled and surfaced as Runy tenant-message events.

• Resilient queue

  Crawlee request queues live under storage/, so partial runs resume where they left off.

Synced modules

• unit Listing → Runy unit (price, bedrooms, photos, status).
• tenant-message Inquiry / chat → Runy tenant-message events.
