XML-over-HTTPS PMS sync · Pull & push properties
Rentals United is a property-management distribution platform. This adapter talks to the RU XML API at https://rm.rentalsunited.com/api/Handler.ashx and keeps Runy units in sync with RU properties.
Authentication is via static AccessKey / SecretKey injected into every request body. Dictionary IDs (PropertyType, CompositionRoom, Amenity, …) are resolved at runtime from the XML files under dictionaries/responses/ as the source of truth.
List existing RU properties and project them into Runy units. Dictionary lookups are performed locally for speed.
Create and update RU properties when Runy fires unit events. Required IDs (Owner, Location) come from environment defaults.
Inbound webhooks are authenticated with RENTALSUNITED_WEBHOOK_SECRET. Outbound calls to Runy use RENTALSUNITED_RUNY_CLIENT_ID and RENTALSUNITED_RUNY_CLIENT_SECRET.
